Experience in carpentry and power tool usage, drivers license and forklift certification is recommended but not necessary. General duties vary from moderate shop cleaning, lots of heavy lifting, minor steel work, and truck loading and unloading.

Dealing directly with customers over the phone and in the showroom, this job position demands a deep knowledge all of our products and services. Experience with computer software and sales, great communication skills are strongly suggested but technically not required.

Our front office staff is full of friendly professional people that put customer service above all. This position deals with customer scheduling and inquiries, answering phones and scheduling appointments using a computer are the daily operations. Must have a professional manner and friendly attitude.

Our Marketing department is the behind the scenes machine that generates leads for the sales team using social media, printed promotions, video content and website optimizing. This job requires a knowledge of graphic computer software, SEO and analytics, a versatile digital skill set is required to apply.

Our employees that work outside the office deal with customers one on one, as an installer, a sales person, or as a service technician. We look for reliable, hardworking people that take pride in their work. We train our employees to be knowledgable and safe workers that can finish tasks on time with professional skill-sets.

RW's Sales team is full of the friendliest, knowledgable, and professional employees that work hard and have a great time doing it. This job is based out of both our Bay Area locations, Vacaville & Hayward. Our sales team members need a drivers license and clean driving record, the ability to learn our products and sell them to our customer base.
